Rules & Safety

“Abiding by these rules will keep Playzone Adventure Park, a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Rules and hours are subject to change at Management’s discretion”.

General

• Safety signs are posted throughout the park and our staff will gladly remind you of these rules should you happen to forget while playing games. Signing waiver form is must for all players.
• No aggressive behaviour – No push, tackle, wrestle or engage in any other activity that may interfere with another participant
• Players are expected to always participate in a safe and responsible manner
• Wrist band and Socks is compulsory to play in the physical game play area. No entry to play area for parents or visitors unless paid and have wrist band.tickets.
• No Food or chewing gum or sharp objects or any sharp wearable are allowed inside play area
• All players are restricted to their time limit and please cooperate with Playzone staff in making your experience memorable for you and others
• Please check the front desk for height and weight restrictions. Playzone staff have the right to enforce all the rules and regulations which are set by team management
• All four physical games (Trampoline, Wipeout, Climbing Wall and Foam Pit) are sold as a package and so there is no refund or exchange of credit is possible.

Trampoline

• Jump in the centre of the mat and always land on both of your feet and make sure you are in control of your body
• Only one player at a time in one trampoline square.
• Avoid somersaults because these can cause neck and spinal injuries
• Don’t bounce off the trampoline net and never land on your neck
• Don’t throw balls at another jumper rather shoot the ball on the hole across you and score points (If no score card then just enjoy the experience of jumping on the trampoline)
• If tired don’t sit or lie on the trampoline rather you must exit the court
• Don’t jump from trampoline to foam pit.

Foam Pit

• No diving / landing on your stomach or head first entry into foam pit
• No flips or diving into foam pit
• Watch for other when jumping into foam. While jumping make sure your land on your feet.
• No digging / throwing or playing with the foam cubes
• No hard play like pushing or lifting or throwing someone in the foam pit.

Climbing Wall

• The safety of our climbers is a top priority for us and that is why we at Playzone design the climbing wall using professionals from this industry. We use auto belay for both the walls from Head Rush technology, USA.
• All climbers should wear safety harness and helmet of right size and Playzone staff will be assisting with using those safety wearables.
• Without Playzone staff presence., no climbers should use the climbing wall.
• Use the start and end button gently to avoid breakage of those devices
• While descending down hold the auto belay rope if necessary and jump down gently by pressing both the legs on the wall to avoid colliding your body with the wall.
• If there is fear for climbing up or down please avoid using the climbing wall
• Each climber will get maximum of two chance to play this game
• No refund or transfer of credits is possible in case of not able to use the climbing wall after paying for the package.

Wipe Out

• Have full control over your body while jumping or bending down
• Both the rods are covered with foam to create soft surface however if the rod hits sensitive body parts like knees or joints some players may feel it
• Speed of the rotation is always pre-programed to prevent any safety issues for the players and so it is not possible to alter the speed especially increasing the speed is not possible.
